Office Product Warehouse Warranties

Office Product Warehouse covers your Royal Business and Electronics products as specified by the Royal Warranty Policy. It is our policy to repair any and all products under the manufacturer warranty after the product is shipped, freight prepaid, back to Office Product Warehouse. Once your defective product is received, we will repair the product in a timely manner and return it back to you as soon as possible. We will return the product freight prepaid via UPS Ground. You may request faster shipping. All extra freight charges will be paid by you, the customer. Office Product Warehouse products can only be returned for refund according to our return policy and manufacturer defects in the product does not allow you to return the register outside of the 14 day return policy. This also does not waive the 25% restock fee. The warranty is in place to cover any problems with the equipment.
