Return Policy

Because we incure cost from the time you order your cash register, we are required to charge a restocking fee for all cancelled orders, denied shipments, and returns.

RETURNS
All cash registers require some setup from us and expenses are incurred every time an order is processed, therefore, we must charge a 25% service fee if your merchandise is returned. By ordering from our website or calling in your order, you agree that you can return the merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date, but must pay the service fee. Returns are not allowed after 14 days. If there is damage to the equipment upon return, you will be charged for the cost of new parts to replace the worn or damaged parts. All manuals must be returned with the cash register and all cash registers must have the protective covering, including display protectors. You must return the cash register in the original box with the original packaging. If the cash register is not in new condition, do not return it, because you will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS
Once your order is place, we are required to charge a 10% restocking fee for the cancelled order in order to cover our credit card service fees. Our system charges your credit card and we are charged fees from our credit card company. We are also charged a fee for the refund to the credit card. If you are not sure you need or want the order, please do not finalize it.

A Return Authorization must be given prior to making return. Because some of our products are drop shipped, please do not use the UPS label for our address. Please make all returns to our address in Sioux Falls, SD. See Contact Information for our correct address.

There are no returns for cash register manuals.

If you have problems with the cash register or point of sale equipment within the warranty period, you may return the product and we will fix it and send it back to you. You must pay for shipping to send the machine in to us, we will pay shipping back to you. See Warranty Information for more information.

Remember we offer free support for all the cash registers that we sell and we have many customers. We will do our best to return calls in a timely manner. You ordered a cash register at a discounted price and you will be responsible for programming the cash register. We are here to help as much as possible. There will be no return calls during non business hours and we will do our best to return messages as soon as possible. A lack of return calls is in no way a reason to return a cash register.
