Repair and Programming
Office Product Warehouse will program or repair any Royal Office Products that we offer on this website, even if the product was purchased from another dealer. We will assist you with programming over the telephone for a flat rate of $40 per phone call. We will program your cash register if you send it in and provide us with the programming information. Warranty Repair Send your Royal Office Product to the address below, along with your original sales receipt. The sales receipt must show that your purchase was made within the past 90/365 days. Your product is covered for 90 days labor and 365 days labor. If the Royal Electronic was purchased more than 90 days prior to the receipt of the product at Office Product Warehouse, you will be charged at $60 per hour for labor and the parts will be covered under warranty. Your product will be shipped back to you via UPS ground, shipping prepaid by us. Out of Warranty Repair Send your Royal Electronics Product to the address below. We will diagnose your product error and call you with a price quote. Our quote will be based on the current cost of parts and $60 per hour for labor. The shipping costs will be paid back to you and your package will be shipped via UPS Ground. Please send your product to:
